SYSTEM_PROTOCOL // ACTIVE

Terms & Conditions

LAST_UPDATED: AUGUST 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Spidy Webs website and the web development services we provide. By engaging Spidy Webs for a project, you agree to the following system protocols.

01.

Services Provided

Spidy Webs operates as a full-service web development agency. We architect, design, and develop custom websites, web applications, and e-commerce solutions tailored to your specific business requirements.

02.

Payment Terms

To maintain a structured and efficient development process, all projects adhere to the following billing schedule:

  • Project Initiation: A standard, non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required upfront before any development work begins.
  • Project Completion: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final handover and deployment of the website.
03.

Intellectual Property and Handover

We believe that you should own what you pay for.

  • During Development: Spidy Webs retains all intellectual property rights to the codebase, designs, and digital assets during the active build phase.
  • Final Transfer & Ownership: Upon receipt of 100% of the total project payment, full ownership of the custom website code, design assets, and all related platform credentials is officially transferred to you. Once handed over, you are entirely free to modify, host, or scale the code as you see fit.
  • Post-Handover Modifications & Liability: Spidy Webs is strictly responsible only for the design and code implemented prior to the official handover. We hold no responsibility or liability for any modifications, errors, or damages caused by the client or any third parties after the handover is complete.
  • Future Fixes & Support: If any post-handover modifications result in damage to the website, or if you request fixes, corrections, or additional changes after the project is closed, this work falls outside the original project scope and will be billed separately as a new request.
04.

Client Responsibilities

The success of a digital web requires collaboration. Clients are expected to provide necessary assets (branding, copy, imagery) and timely feedback to ensure the project remains on schedule. Delays in client communication may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

05.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Spidy Webs develops websites to modern web standards. However, once the final code and credentials are handed over, we are not liable for any subsequent issues caused by third-party modifications, hosting failures, or external platform changes. Spidy Webs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered digital products.

06.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from your engagement with Spidy Webs, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
